No professional advice

The website and guides do not provide legal, tax, financial, investment, pension or care-funding advice. They do not create a solicitor-client, adviser-client or fiduciary relationship. Obtain independent advice from appropriately qualified professionals before acting.

Estate-check illustrations

The 60-second estate check provides indicative educational illustrations from approximate figures entered by the visitor. It cannot establish the legal ownership of assets, whether an allowance or relief applies, who will inherit, the treatment of previous gifts or the terms of a pension scheme. Its figures are not a valuation, tax return, prediction or personalised recommendation. The financial answers are calculated in the visitor's browser and are not submitted to EPN.

Copyright and licence

Website material and EPN publications are protected by copyright. The free checklist may be downloaded and printed for personal household use. A purchased guide will be licensed to the original purchaser for personal use. Material must not be uploaded, shared, resold, republished, adapted or distributed without written permission, except where the law permits.

Digital purchases when sales open

Before immediate access to a paid digital guide is supplied, the checkout will explain the product, price, delivery method and the effect of requesting immediate digital supply on the statutory cancellation right. This does not remove legal rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.

Refunds

The final refund and satisfaction policy will be displayed at checkout before payment. Nothing in it will restrict statutory consumer rights. Because no payment facility is currently connected, EPN is not accepting orders or payment details through this website.

Accuracy and rule changes

EPN takes reasonable care to date and source rule-sensitive material, but law, tax, official guidance and individual circumstances change. Always check the stated review date and current official source. A disclaimer does not excuse misleading information or remove responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
